What is Poetry?

To define poetry can be hard                                 How do you explain something that can be anything                                                        But poetry is something that comes from the heart                                                                 My idea of writing a good poem is                        Either you have laughed the whole time writing it                                                                    Or you have cried                                         And sometimes in the best poem there is both          You can find poetry anywhere you go really           I have found it in walking through the woods                                                                           I hear it when I’m about to fall asleep                                                                                         In a song that sends me off                                                                                                              To a dream
